At Rellous, we are committed to providing high quality products and a smooth shopping experience. While returns may sometimes be necessary, our policy is designed to protect our customers and maintain the integrity of our brand. Please read carefully before submitting a request.


Eligibility for Returns

✓ Item must be in unused, unaltered condition
✓ All original packaging, tags, and accessories included
✓ Return requested within 14 days of delivery (per tracking)
✓ Item is not final sale or marked as non returnable
✓ Proof of purchase is required


How to Start a Return

Subject Line: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

Include in your email:
✓ Full name and email used for purchase
✓ Order number
✓ Reason for return
✓ Clear photos of item (front, back, packaging)
✓ Unboxing video (mandatory for damage or defect claims)


Review & Approval

  • Requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days.

  • If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.

  • Unauthorized returns or packages sent without approval will not be accepted.


Shipping the Return

✓ Use a trackable and insured shipping method
✓ Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective upon arrival
✓ We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen returns
✓ Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection

  • Shipping costs are non refundable (unless defective upon arrival)

  • Partial refunds may be issued for items that do not meet full eligibility requirements


Non Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards, the following cannot be returned:
✓ Items showing wear, use, or alteration
✓ Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
✓ Orders outside the 14 day return window
✓ Final sale or explicitly non returnable items
✓ Gift cards, digital products, or promotional giveaways


Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you need a different item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.


Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

  • Once shipped, the standard return process applies.


Fraud Prevention & Enforcement

✓ All return requests are manually reviewed
✓ Claims without proper supporting evidence (photos + unboxing video) will be denied
✓ Excessive or fraudulent returns may result in future purchase restrictions
